Nickel, Liberty Mines has a complaint Process. It is shown on page 72 of the Annual Information Form. Emails can be sent to the address on page 68: info@libertymines.com. There is a complaints Officer who will treat the complaints as confidential and has the ability to investigate and act upon those complaints.

These forums are supposed to be a place where we can learn and share opinions. I gave latitude this week because members were trying to show that there are different opinions. I have no doubt about Gary Nash' s or William Randall's integrity. This market has not been kind. Now our company has the financing to get moving. We are hiring new workers and we should see a much more positive flow of news.

On a personal note. I had the ability to talk to Gary Nash many, many times in the last two years. He has always addressed any question put forth to him. I have not sold a single share lately because I just believe things are going to recover. There may not be as high a growth potential but when we faced bankrupcy - we could have walked away with nothing. Going through government sites, I have seen the permits that have been approved, the money spent on exploration, the work done on Hart - to define the resource from basically scratch. Very few companies have I seen spend their money the way they did. Yes, there was not enough protection against the downside of Nickel and we have paid the price.

I also have seen the bashing on this site and people have been banned. I show the complaint process now because people need to know that it is in place. If you really do have a problem with what is going on, please use it! In future, if I see bashing of people I will refer people to this complaint process. The members of this forum must also mark people as violating Agoracoms policies. This is not just the hub leaders responsibilities!
