Getting close, but not there yet....

According to the Alberta Stock Exchange, Liberty's cease-trading order is due to:
- Year-end financials not filed.
- Interim financials not filed.
- MD&A not filed.
With Friday's SEDAR Postings, items 1 and 3 are now satisfied.
It appears that we now only need the q1 financials in order to begin trading once again.
Setting a date for the annual meeting signals that the q1 financials will be posted soon. I don't think they would be facing the shareholders in an atmosphere of delayed financials and no trading.
