Ain't it sweet. I hear the Jesd report of doom. It makes me feel sad to see a report of gloom because the person writing the report must be in that state of mind.

Todays report is a reprieve because I have been very disgruntled, OK I was P'd right off, with the financials. First it was to be by the 12th. then by the end of the week etc.. Like get your act together. then todays release re: acceptance by the Chinese regulators. Does this mean that we are lost. I don't think so.

I think that when the TSE got hold of it they insisted that the previous investors would be protected because the control was going to be given over to a foreign investor. IE, like giving the control of the resources in Canada over to some other country. Sort of like we give our oil to the big companies heaqdquartered in the US..

Anyway, please excuse my naivite in believing that any protection from the government would ever protect us from big business, but I have faith in the honor factor. The Chinese are like this and have been like this to LBE in all of their dealings with |LBE.

I think that what is going to happen is that first,the Chinese need the nickle. To own a company in Canada that is well run and prosperous is a feather in their cap. Under the table, which is the way of the asian entrepreneur, (we think that it is bad, they see it as a way of doing business, that is just how it is, not right , not wrong) they have to look like it is a good deal, and that they are wise in their decision. Which I think that it is . Look at it, LBE is a grape ready for picking.

So they buy the company, and they run it up to look good, as well as to get their nickle and make well of it. Beauty.

And we who wait and hope, gain the benefits of this foreign big brother who, in helping himself, helps us tremendously.

And onlookers will see this and say, "hey, this company is being taken over by a respectible, big, company, with deep pockets, and these people will want to buy in. And the SP goes up.And the Chinese pat themselves on the back for what a wonderful choice they have made. And so they should.

And we little people, sit back and worry about what is the right time to sell. Or hold.
