Traps

Instead of just debt there are preferred shares. In figuring out our SP we would always have subtracted our debt anyway before figuring out SP. We start producing we can pay down our debt. Preferred shares in lieu of promissory notes! The Chinese are very smart! I guess Lbe has to now start working on being able to produce! What is our SP anyway? We cannot tell until we see our financial statements. Then the market will decide. At least we are having time to digest all the details.
