WRT Shorts, the table I posted here for period ending March 31st, showed 500 shares are short. So it isn't those shorts. Obviously the scenario presented by the company for the possible cease trade hasn't reared it's head. I can only guess it's positive news wrt the financing negotiations that have concluded and have yet to be revealed.

"Negotiations for a financing arranged by the Company have essentially concluded and a definitive agreement based on the negotiated terms is in progress. Upon successful completion of the agreement, a press release will be issued specifying the details of the financing."
