I am sure you are aware of the requirements for puplic reporting. If you check ISM financial reports for instance, you will see that they have been released in the last days of December, 3 months after the closing of the company's FY on September 30th.

As well, I am sure you are aware that organizations providing financing are able to talk directly with the company, and those discussions and public reporting requirements are 2 completely different things.
