Given what may be going on w.r.t. financings/deals/buyouts or W.H.Y.. Is it not reasonable to assume that due tot he sensitive nature and very material possiblilities, that this would be a time that insiders are restricted from buying their own shares.
We know that many insiders were buying a ways back, but not now as shown on the insider site. I would think buying now would reflect a degree of faith but at the same time maybe it would be too obvious and look to be pure and simple insider trading that likely is too close to home to be legal or within trading guidelines and governance.
God these are crazy prices for all of us aren't they. I see there is good support for LBE at the lower levels.
