I don't know about you guys but our financing may include a sale, merger and/or a joint venture partner. Anyone that has a lien on our assets may just be called in to do an approval of what has been decided. I for one do not have a clue what we will look like in the end. It is really strange because there are alot of companies trading at unbelievable prices. The value will be in the comparison of the companies I believe.

The Special Committee has engaged Desjardins Securities (the "Advisor") to

act as financial and strategic advisor. The Special Committee and Desjardins

are exploring strategic options for Liberty that include, among other things:

changes to its capital structure; a possible sale or merger; or another business

combination.
