Why pay back Salman now? Did we not prepay interest to them? If so, don't we have the use of the funds until the end of the term?
Also, I can't believe that Jilin Jien would allow LBE to go bust. They have a better chance of getting repayment of their loan if they help us to get to full production. They could write their own deal in doing so!
