I wonder how Obama's win will affect the Tar Sands. Of course the price of oil is affecting it big time too. I was watching CBC last night and they were saying gas ast the pump should drop $0.03 a litre today but the price of diesel is still over a dollar. I did not see why the difference in price. Did anyone else catch why?
