Uberrich, if another co wants to own us they will make an offer dependent on their sp and our sp. Sometimes it is a cash offer but I suspect it would be a share swap. Sometimes one for one or fraction there of. Our properties remain intact. That is the deal I would prefer but now we just have to wait.
