I would tend to agree with the both of you that a likely partnership or amalgamation like FNI or a company resembling them, would be the way we might see LBE go. ISM has some cash, but in my opinion they do not have any proven resources that are backed up by a NI 43-101. Obviously, if there was to be an amalgamation with them, the 43-101 would have to be produced before one could come to any fair evaluations. If that can be done, fine. Personally though, I don’t think that is what ISM would like to show right now. ISM still has 12 million $ in flow thru obligations to spend before the New Year. Combined with other costs they should be sitting with about 18 million at year end. A very nice sum still, but from what I see, I don’t think they want anything to do in the way of an operating mining business.

In my opinion a debt financing or a partnership will be completed in the very near future. I would think the last thing on the companies mind would be to break things up into pieces. The value comes with the whole package and LBE has it all.

Friday's announcement will surely gain the attention of other companies that are serious about putting deals together. I wouldn't doubt the company has already had many calls of interest. I agree with John E Strom and tend to believe the Salman group has once again taken a huge advantage of LBE. At least with this announcement out in the open, if they actually had any interest in the first place, they now know there will be competition out there if they want to be working with LBE.

I feel quite confident that LBE will do whatever they can to get the best deal possible for shareholders and get this company up and running again. We might be down short term, but I believe LBE will be back stronger in the very near future.

Best
