Hi Whaler,

I do not know when the financing will be announced, but I am confident it will be. Someone else reported that it GN had said it is in the hands of the lawyers, so when they get around to it IMO. :)

Strategically, I would rather see it announced Monday morning or Monday after hours. Friday announcements are for bad news, not good news.

I hope you are right that it would mean a good open, but in this market, who knows? The ups and downs of SPs, commodity prices and the greed/fear ratio does not follow any rational conventions, IMO.
