Dr. Nash assures me that the clarification news release has "absolutely nothing to do with the financing."

He said either someone asked questions or the ASC did a thorough review of their past press releases as they are a new producer. He pointed out that in the Ni 43-101 language they cannot talk about historical reserves without a reserve calculation. Nonetheless, the material is there as they have been mining it.

So all in all, that is enough for me. I am personally satisfied that the clarification NR and the development of the NI 43-101 by an independent QP will tidy up some things that need tidying. And I take his word for it that the financing is not affected by the NR.

So, on to getting the financing closed and announced, and then to full production!
