Everyone thinks of the US as having passed their rescue bill. It may be passed but not one cent has gone into the system to shore up the problem. Until money starts flowing in to fix the problem the problem will not even be started to be solved. Until people know what is happening things will grind to a halt. It is the not knowing that is the worse. But once your money is stuck in the system what real choices are there?
