Who's to say we were in financial trouble? It is evident that some slimeball broker was passing those rumors. In my mind, LBE was only in financial trouble according to some broker and a few from the ISM thread.

You do seem a bit disappointed that we did get this financing. What gives?

So Surething, you saying LBE didn't need any financing or bridge loans then? I would hope this is/was the reason for the sell-off, if not and you can say it's not then what's giving the market such a bad taste?
