Your point is noted, but on the other hand when you have the cash in-hand you also show the debt on the books, so it doesn't really make things any better from a balance sheet point-of-view. I am not so sure that announcing that the money is in the bank is going to help the SP as it also means more debt. I do acknowledge your point of removing uncertainty about acquiring the money, but I don't think it would do a lot to remove uncertainty about getting through these challenging times and into a debt-free full-production operation. IMHO.

Regardless of the timing of the debt, the Ni price plays a more important role in the future, but I agree that is uncertain and does not generate investor confidence.

We need to see a turning of the tide for sure, I jusy don't think that getting the cash in-hand would do it.

My opinion only.
