Message: Whaler - reply to the Mining claim disposition question

Wolfie,

In response to your Gamesmanship post, maybe you could share your opinion to the issue I brought up on the S.H. site.

The following is information from one of my posts that was recently pulled on ISM S. H. It was addressed to Drillbit and you can go to that site to read the other posts regarding this subject. It is my opinion, and I have provided factual information that may have affects on both ISM and LBE. Why would you not want to look at this information?

“The information I post is not only my opinion, but it is information given and confirmed to me by the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines personnel. The information can be substantiated by phoning the contacts I have given and if you don’t want to do that, then take a few moments and Google up the Ontario Health and Safety Act and read Sections 19. You will find it under “Regulation for Mines and Plants” Do your own due diligence and re post your opinions. I have full trust in the Government Employees that gave me this information and would not think for a moment they give out wrong information to the General Public that asks questions of them.

My post told Drillbit to phone this Ministry; to give them the claim numbers of LBE 1224497 and 1224498 as well as ISM’s L-2 claim number 1213131 so they may bring them up on their computers for reference if needed. I told Drillbit to let whom ever he speaks with, know that the boundaries of these claims run against each other and they are in an area that has had ‘previous underground workings’. As there have been ‘previous underground workings’ in and around these Claims, Section 19 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act Regulation states: 60 meter Boundary Pillars running the boundary line between “parties” will apply on these properties. The only way around this would be “if both parties” have a signed agreement between them and wave this condition.

Question: Why would someone want this information pulled? Why would someone want this information held back from investors of the two companies? These issues come about regularly in mining operations and normally are not a problem to deal with. They usually end up with a win/win scenario for shareholders of both companies. So far, no one has been able to post any factual information to the contrary of what I opine. If someone wants my opinion and information pulled from these boards, I surely must have struck a cord for some reason that is beyond me! My opinion stands, and I do believe that ISM will not be able to recover some parts of their ore body at L-2 until the Boundary Pillar Issue is resolved.”

As I also stated in several of my other posts, boundary issues come up all the time in mining. In general, it is not an issue that can’t be resolved with a win/win for both companies. If my opinion is correct and I am sure it is from the information I received, the two claims of LBE could become very valuable assets. To me this is very relevant information as a shareholder of LBE.
