Unfortunately, the volume in LBE is not driving a rally, but in this economic environment, a flat line is a victory.

But it is puzzling that there is significant volume in 2 of the 3.... I don't know enough about ISM to understand, but I check the postings there from time-to-time. It has been that way for a while now, no?
