Yes. He acknowledged that it was a real concern to keep in mind but that he hopes that the Shareholder's Rights Plan will provide enough of a disincentive for a hostile takeover to not occur. He was also confident that in the time it took to get around the plan, he would be able to find a white knight to squash the takeover bid and indicated that he knew of several places to find such a white knight.
