Come on, Bluenoser -- if there is not enough refining capacity, there is a bottleneck to the market. What good is finding the raw product if you cannot refine it and sell it in the marketplace? It's all a matter of supply and demand. There will be more refinery capacity produced, and the refineries will make what they have to make!
