From Table 17.2 (p93)

If we mined 20,000 tonnes @ 0.75%Ni

0.75% or 0.0075 x 2204.6 = 16.5345

$89.21 / 11.574= $7.70 (30% disc rate) cost per lb

20,000 * $9.00 = 180,000 Ni at $9.00

20,000 * $7.70 = 154,000 cost

Revenue = $26,000

Have I figured out how you would calculate the sales of 20,000 tonnes Ni at 0.75% Ni with the costing of Xstrata worked in?
