Producing Mines and "state-of-the-art" Mill
Having grown up in the Sudbury area, with Falconbridge and Inco operating mines so close to one another, I agree that there is a good chance that information from one company might also represent information about another.
Having just visited Yellowknife, I see that the gold mining activity of the past was similar, with many mines operating very close to one another.
The minerals in the ground were there long before the claims were made and the mineral rights were secured. I would be very surprised if non-intrusive investigations stopped at man-made borders. I can't imagine a geologist would even think in that way.
What's good for one player in the Shaw Dome is potentially good for another. Let's continue to share information!
Cheers,
