Well said Liberty. The cost that would be incurred by having a blockade of one of our mines or worse, our mill, would be far more than that given as consideration for the IBA. Yes, there is a bit of dilution as a result, but it is well worth the value we receive in return. They are partners rather than adversaries... this is huge.
