Liberty, leadership does not necessarily mean people will always agree with everything you do. What it means, is that I, as well as many others, respect your opinion and your knowledge. To my mind you always have been the leader. There is no other person who could do a better job. It is a well deserved appointment. Just don't expect that everyone will agree with everything you do because you cannot please everyone.
