Hey Livinglarge. Keep your posts coming. I and many others always look forward to them. You seem to be the only one that can keep some humor during these uncertain market times. Everyone is a bit on edge, but once the financing closes, things will settle down and LBE will continue on with the business plan that all of us invested into.

I just phoned Investor Relations today and they said the paperwork regarding the financing is with the lawyers and should be all complete early next week. The sense I got was everything is fine and LBE is progressing on all fronts of its operations.
