Makes me think...
Where can I buy some of these units? Invest $1,000, receive 14% up front, plus options to buy 200 shares at $2.50 and another 14% next April... if the share price goes up the way we expect it will, by Apr 2010, this could be a real steal. A return of $1,280 plus the option to buy 200 shares for $500 when the price could be significantly higher. And if the share price isn't $2.50 upon expiry, you get $80 for the purchase back of your warrants. Which is another 8% on your $1,000 investment. A minimum of 36% over two years from a company that while struggling, has a healthy enough balance sheet to bleed for two years and still stay afloat... What a deal!
