Mining and processing costs are just those costs directly attributable to extracting and refining the ore in to raw nickel. The costs of management, accounting, reception, auditor's fees, licensing and insurance, interest, etc, etc, are general and administrative because they apply to the overall cost of operating the company, not from extracting ore.

The idea is that if we double production, our G&A expenses will change very little, while our mining costs will double accordingly (it would actually be less than double in our case, due to efficiencies that would result).

As for the office in Edmonton, I have no answers. I should drive by and check it out.
