Unnatural

Everything in the markets are down over the last while. I dont know many friends that have made anything and in fact most have had a losing year. Gold is at an all time high, and by that its quite evident everything in the US economy is not that rosy. I would think many investors have sold parts of their holdings to go back to cash or pick up a little gold for safety reasons. Gold is sitting at 892.00 an oz as I write and over the next year is probably going to go alot higher.

Yes, LBE has been hit hard over the past 6 months. The company is building to be a producer and there have been bumps along the way. I am sure there will be more hiccups as well but LBE is steam rolling forward and within 3 months or so will add 300-600 t a day to production from the McWatters mine to the mill. By summer, between McWatters and Redstone the mill will be at full permitted production of 1500 t day. Thats not a very long time to wait in this business.

In a time of uncertainty in the markets I would prefer to be in a company like LBE than just an exploration play. LBE is basically debt free, has one of the most modern mills in the world, and will have 3 NI 43-101 s out in the next 2-4 months on its three mines. That will surely calm fears that LBE does not have ore as some say. With added production so close at hand, that will give LBE many options the other 99% of companies will never see as they are all just promotional.

My understanding is that management is already looking at new drilling targets for the 2008 year. Look what LBE has built and accomplished over the past year and a half. LBE has multiple properties in their portfolio and I am sure they will be just as successful on those fronts as well. The Groves property and the Cobalt properties are going to get very exciting.

You say very few on this site have problems with management and that is a problem for you. It is probably true as most of us email and phone in to the company on a regular basis to get our questions answered. I think most investors are truly committed to this stock and have full confidence in management because they are that accessible. I know of no other company that I have ever invested in that will always answer your questions.

If your that uncomfortable with LBE, maybe you should pick up the phone or email Gary with your concerns. It just might make you feel a little more comfortable that you will stay around and see your investment grow. I think you will be glad you did.

Good luck
