John,

The thing I don't understand is that as soon as the permits were in hand, investors and advisors should have been jumping on this as a huge buying opportunity, looking to get in when the price is low. Especially after the performance on the mill, and the creativity and ingenuity in financing the mill through the Chinese contract. Nash has shown he can and will get it done, so now that he has the permits, the attitude should be "Here we go!"

Unless people are concerned about financing. Investors may be concerned that there is not enough money to get this ore out of the ground. Unused mill capacity does not generate money, and having a big capital investment in the mill but not enough money to get the ore out of the ground would be a huge blunder. I am not saying that is the case, but some investors may be concerned that the money is not there to pull this off.

If that is the case, could somebody be depressing the stock price to ensure that there is not enough money, in order to take part in a takeover, or to get a very favourable position in the company through a private placement at a cheap price?

I also hope we aren't seeing an insider who is dumping stock to get off of what he/she perceives as a sinking ship.

This is all top-of-mind speculation, but so is the naked shorting, dumping and other musings that are kicking about. I pray that none of this is true, but one bitten, twice shy.

For me, this is a chance to buy some more stock at ridiculously low prices considering the opportunity here. But, the action on the share price over the last few months leaves me wondering if there is something going on that we do not know about....

Cheers,

Bluenoser
