Alibaba, When talking to the Exploration and Drilling superintendant at The Mill Opening in September, he suggested that they are going after the nickle rescources first. That was their priority at that time. The McAra project was not being actively pursued until the nickle projects were under way.

Personally I feel that they have a lot of expensive irons in the fire and might be getting caught in the cash squeeze trying to do to much, to fast. A year ago when nickle prices were high, and the market was going nuts, that was working fine. Now the massive losses on the subprime fiasco,  fear of the US recession, the adjustment in the nickle price, the nervous market, the eratic TSE fluctuations, etc, are making investors tighten up on the purse-strings.

Once the drift is done we will be flying. The drill reports at Hart are showing much larger ore bodies than they expected so that is great. And there is also the anomaly at Redstone that is very promising. But it will take time to finish these expensive projects. It sounded like Mcara will be in line after that.

The best to all,

Bear
