The agreement with Vinci is a bit slow in coming.It was supposed to be done by Jan 31st,
but I guess there are items to be cleared up.Perhaps we will be getting a Valentines day
surprise.....Anyways I'm still accumulating at these bargain prices and expect a big increase in the sp when the deal finally gets done.Hang in there and pick up more if you're able to.GL
