i am curious to get your take on something. it seems that you are in the states. I have been following the whole drama unfolding about wall street/bailout etc, and it seems to me that europeans think a bailout is needed (even if distasteful), and here in canada i think you could summarize the sentiment as supporting the need for a bailout. But in the states, there seems to be a different take on it.The american public seem to be really angry about it, but also they seem to sharply distinguish "Main street" from "Wall Street".

Not sure if you have noticed, or agree, that such a discrepancy exists, but from the american angle why do you think that a different opinion prevails? (i dont mean to get into personal ideologies etc, but primarily curious about broader american opinions and what might underpin them).

Secondly...anybody care to predict about what kind of package might result? consequences?
