Financing was completed. Level 2 (I've seen posted, indirectly) shows that the people pushing the high value and driving the price up are also the ones buying in the secondary market.

In my books, this is a VERY, VERY good sign. Buying 60+ million shares in one week means they 1) either have enough capital, and mean to help fund the final portion of the eventual mine 2) or know who plans to. Bottom line, they know something we don't, and that something is Goood!
