Yes, the likelihood of "a huge run up again once we stop going sideways" is what i also anticipate. But such moves tend to wait until most people have given up on them happening and have moved on and then fail to profit from them. I can appreciate that because, as someone once said, 'in the long run we're all dead', since one can end up waiting much too long for someone to happen that logically 'should'. So, i guess the key for us individually is 1) to know where we stand on this and 2) to recognize what makes sense for us individually at our age, each in our own particular cases.For my part, i know i don't intend to participate for many more years. ;)
