I find the SP drop to $3.50 after this news very curious. Can anyone answer this:
If the deal is to dump so many shares at $3.60, then why does the stock drop to around $3.50? Is it that they think that the sales at $3.60 will limit the price down to that area anyway, with little chance of getting any higher until all the shares are absorbed in the market at that price? Is that how it works? Is there another reason for this kind of reaction in the market?
Thanks.
