Yes, you're probably right in thinking that this is a good opportunity to add more. I'm not sure i'm prepared to put more into it than i already have just yet tho. I think i'll wait to see if the price goes below the PP of $3.50, just as the PP of the latest SGR was set for $4.00 and the SP went somewhat below that.
