(TSX:LSG)("Lake Shore Gold" or the "Company") today announced that it plans to issue its first quarter 2009 results on May 5, 2009, prior to its annual and special meeting of shareholders. The annual and special meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2009, at 4:15pm EST and will be held at the TSX Broadcast Centre in The Exchange Tower, located at 130 King Street West in Toronto.
