Is now wearing thin. Where have all the beefy NR's gone? Seems Timmins continues to take a long time to get going. SP is languishing. Lousy for longs yet cheap for bargain hunters.

We are near or at the low for the year. Notice that HOC p/u 11 million shares at $1.80. Still a premium but they continue to buy up blocks of the company and the SP continues to challenge the low water mark. Lousy performance none the less
