Steve R, it created a conflict of interest.

conflict of interest with who? pretty childish way of leaving if I do say so myself! When someone joins a site like Mobio, calls himself a analyst, says he will be posting exclusive content then up and vanishes without a word looks pretty fishy. ESPECIALLY for a so call analyst. Do you think you probably could have posted on your page for 24hrs as to your reasoning for leaving. Alot of people have suggested that you were working with Keir the way you showed up with a big pump and then left so suddenly! Where is your second video???

I never said I was an analyst. In fact, I have specifically said that I am not an analyst. It is a conflict of interest because I was seen as promoting a company that I owned shares of. I don't work for Mobio, or Keir, or anyone else. I have no influence over the share price, and I am not responsible for your financial decisions. Keir and I have spoken on the phone several times, mostly in regards to questions I had regarding share structure. If you have any questions regarding the company, call investor relations. I think your lynching is misguided

+Josh Galt I am well aware that you dont work for Mobio! Like it or not you entering the play, creating your second video clearly showed that you were promoting the stock. Your sudden departure from the site, was very fishy? Where did your second video go? Lets clear this up please.

+Steve R Im not saying you are responsible for anyones financial decisions, I know better then that. What i'm saying is you claim to be a financial analyst, your words not mine. Now you say you specifically said your not an analyst???
I remember you saying that your not recommending to buy blah blah blah as its our money and we work hard for it and it is our decision as to what we do with it. What im pointing out is that your sudden departure was very very ammature!!!

Oh was this your bio?

Sudden departure from what? My videos are still up, feel free to watch them. Check your inbox, I will send you the link to the second video. It was always on private, and I provided the link to Mobio subscribers. I think you coming on here, enraged because I do not have a Mobio account, is ridiculous. If your financial decisions hinge on whether or no I have a Mobio account, you should revisit your investment strategy. Anyway, check your inbox.

+Josh Galt Im not enraged Josh. Just pointing out the obvious! Your sudden exit from the Mobio platform after announcing that you would be posting exclusive content on Mobio. I give a shit, its your reputation not mine! I was invested in LXV well before Mobios launch. My investment decisions hinge on "MY"decisions only. What I hate are analysts who pop in for 2 weeks & pump as in your second video(OK it was private) post on Mobio saying you will be posting exclusive content then just up and leave with no notice or anything especially after having a verified account. Shows you make impulsive decisions (joining or exiting)

+Steve R By the way, Keir Reynolds (key to arranging all financing) has quit the company, and will be cashing out his shares. What's more, Mobio has issued a copyright claim against this video since I am not the copyright owner to this logo.

+Steve R Furthermore, it has nothing to do with impulsive decisions or 'my reputation'. I put good information into the hands of powerful investors, while these jokers played fast-and-loose with the share structure. I will not sit by and lose money sitting in a position, while preferred shareholders make bank. I exited my position with an 8% loss. I had several conversations with Keir Reynolds regarding this, and for the most part, he shared my concerns. Keir has also left the platform, and I don't blame him. Why don't you call Mark and ask him why they just put a share ceiling at 35 cents with the new financing?
