I wonder what this proprietory revenue sharing is. Maybe Edwards is banking on a buyout, giving these celebs' shares/options in the company.

Not a bad idea, realize there's a flaw in Twitter, not paying Celebs. So you sign a bunch of these Celebs, telling them, "hey, it's worth a try, sign up with us and interact for maybe a year, and here's a bunch of shares/options. The best case scenario, Twitter/Facebook buys us out." "You win, I win. Worst case, you make some pizza change from ad revenue."

Not a bad idea, that's worthy of another billion dollar exit by Edwards.
