Hi Mark,
I said when I invested in this stock that these companies are very hard to evaluate. At this point, it is still a bet on management as we have no revenue to do calculations on. So far management is delivering on what they have promised even though some were hoping for bigger names at the launch. I have spoken to the company on numerous occasion and done some DD on the management. I am comfortable with what I have seen so far and why I am still invested here. Management owns over 10M shares out of 60M shares and were involved in the last 2 PPs. Here were the details for the last PP:
Number of shares: 8.7 million shares
Purchase price: 35 cents per share
Warrants: 4.35 million share purchase warrants to purchase 4.35 million shares
Warrant exercise price: 50 cents for a one-year period, subject to an acceleration clause
Number of placees: 123 placees
Insiders: Natgar Capital Corp. (Jeff Durno), 182,142
Total pro group involvement: 974,785 (19 placees)
Insiders bought over 10% of the PP and were cut back because they were over subscribed and because the share price had run away so much, they could not do an over allotment. This kind of insider activity is rare and usually only happen in good companies. I have never seen it done on pump and dumps. If you remember INT, insiders were selling the run. The only selling so far was done was done at 15 cents or before and was only to re-invest in the PP. I repeat, no insider selling what so ever since the run from 15 cents started!!
My sources tell me the website will be completely redone and released before Christmas and that we can expect another big signing this week. There is also a monster signing in final negotiations. Our MC is under $40M and that is still peanuts for the potential that this company offers.
Here is one potential scenario: Lil Wayne makes a new video and distributes only to Mobio for the 1st week. Video gets 50M hits at 20 cents, Mobio nets 10 cents or $5M in 1 week off one video...now multiply by 20 artists times 3 songs per year and you $300M in revenue. This thing has this potential and so much more and why I am still invested here.
