Yes, he sure does.
Here's how I see it:
- getting the patents approved took about 2.5 years
- 6 months to develop a marketing plan, then IPmetrics was hired 3-27-13
- during the time this NUNCHI IP was in development, we were in the midst of getting 774 & 737 thru re-exam
- it was obvious DM was on the way out and we were seeking a replacement during this lengthy re-exam
- 9-17-12 Handal was announced to be taking up the litigation fight with 22 OEM suits to date and 8 settlements that we know of as we speak
Just how long is "normal" to be successful marketing new IP?
The company never put a time table on it, they made no promisses, but us stock holders think it should be a done deal by now.
It's normal for us to set the timeline...what else is new...lol.
IMO, it will happen when we least expect it!
