LRAD Corporation Receives $1.9 Million LRAD® Systems and Support Equipment Order from U.S. Army Reserves
Support Equipment Includes Armored Vehicle Mounts and Wireless Kits

SAN DIEGO, CA, August 7, 2012 – LRAD Corporation (NASDAQ: LRAD),the world's leading provider of long range acoustic hailing devices (AHDs), announced today it has received a new $1.9 million order from the U.S. Army Reserves for LRAD 500XTM and LRAD 100XTM systems and support equipment including vehicle mounts and wireless kits. The order is scheduled to ship this quarter.

The vehicle mounts and wireless kits provide the U.S. Army with multiple options for deploying LRAD systems in a variety of applications.
