Hi Paul.  Just heard your latest presentation (volume seemed better, thanks for that). Question answered -- $300-$400 US for replacement chamber.  Thanks also for that.  One activation per day in a Canadian school would be equivalent to about one or two teacher salaries for the school year.  That should be manageable.
