KLONDIKE SILVER CORP: CORPORATE UPDATE

After reviewing results from its Walsh Silver and Nickel South properties, Klondike Silver Corp.'s board of directors has determined not to continue with its options on these properties.

The company also announces that Joseph Montgomery and John de Jong have resigned as directors of the company.

The board of directors expresses its thanks and appreciation to both Mr. Montgomery and Mr. de Jong for their invaluable contribution and service to the company.
