06:55 AM EDT, 05/12/2017 (MT Newswires) -- Klondex Mines (KLDX, KDX.TO, a gold and silver mining company, said proven and probable reserves at its True North gold mine in Manitoba, Canada have increased by 25%.

Total proven and probable mineral reserve at the mine is 147.9k Au oz, the company said. Underground mineral reserve is 104.7k Au oz at a grade of 0.24 Au opt contained within 434k tons, representing an increase of approximately 23% from the prior estimate. Tailings mineral reserve is 43.2k Au oz at a grade of 0.02 Au opt contained within 1,950k tons, an increase of approximately 33% from the prior estimate.
