Kirkland Lake Gold Raises Stake in Osisko Mining to Nearly 14%

05:52 AM EDT, 09/19/2018 (MT Newswires) -- Kirkland Lake Gold (KL) said late Tuesday that it has acquired an additional 14.7 million shares in Osisko Mining for C$1.70 ($1.31) per share in cash for a total investment of C$25 million.

Upon completion of the transaction, Kirkland's interests in Osisko Mining will total 32.6 million shares, or 13.6% of Osisko's issued and outstanding shares.
