10:18 AM EDT, 06/21/2016 (MT Newswires) -- Kirkland Lake Gold Inc., (KG.TOI) shares moved lower after the company announced that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement financing of 1,047,340 common shares that are "flow-through shares" at a price of $14.32 per Flow-Through Share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $15,000,000.

Kirkland Lake Gold's shares were last down 1.2% at $10.87 apiece.
