I am a Kinross share holder. I received a letter from Kinross Class Action Settlement six days after the deadline to file. The letter was stamped dated July 29th and I didn't receive it until September 09 2015. The letter was sent to my vacation home and then forwarded to my residents. I have contacted the administrator (Marsh Canada) and they say that the deadline has passed. Does anyone know if there is anything I can do I this situation. Thanx Waynedc
